


Just imagine what problem it could be when newly downloaded game will not run at all. Yes, sometimes it's annoying but on the other hand most users don't have VC++ run-times in their Windows by default. this is not a solution it is just someone's personal take on the question. If there aren't updates then W2 installer didn't changed anything.
